My work involves managing a huge range of legal questions for traditional occupational pension schemes and also DC master trusts and pension providers.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them to find practical and commercial solutions to legal problems.  My areas of interest are communicating complex ideas in a simple way, translating scheme documents into specifications that can be used for risk transfer, benefit audit and administration system exercises and helping schemes make their governance efforts meaningful.

I am involved in the industry working group looking at the practical and legal challenges posed by the increase to normal minimum pension age.
