About

Andrew is a partner in the firm's Investment Unit with particular expertise in relation to de-risking pension schemes.  Andrew has extensive experience of negotiating buy-in contacts and recently advised the Trustee of the ITV Pension Scheme on its longevity swap contract with Credit Suisse - one of the largest risk transfer exercises to have been undertaken by a UK pension scheme.

Andrew also provides advice on a wide range of investment matters including custody arrangements, ldi, private equity, infrastructure and hedge funds.   He also specialises in advising local government pension schemes.

Andrew is a member of the Investment Sub-Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers and is a regular speaker on investment related matters.
