About
Faith has gained many years' experience of advising trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law. In particular, she advises on managing scheme change, how discrimination law impacts on pensions, member communications and scheme documentation.
As a member of the firm's Employment Unit, Faith advises on the impact of discrimination law on pensions, on how to change pension terms and on the pensions implications of the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations. She is also a member of the Services to Law Firms and Public Sector Teams, advising on how pensions impact on sales and acquisitions, and on public sector outsourcing.
