About
Fiona's experience spans final salary, money purchase and career average schemes. Much of her recent work has involved advising clients facing significant change in their pension fund arrangements including introducing CARE arrangements, altering future service accrual, analysing the employer's contribution covenant and advising on the legal aspects of funding issues.
An increasing area of Fiona's work is scheme governance and risk management, helping trustees and employers to run their schemes both efficiently and effectively.
Fiona is particularly interested in improving trustee governance as a way of improving trustee effectiveness in running schemes.

Membership of professional bodies Association of Pension Lawyers (Full Member); National Association of Pension Funds (South Eastern Group member); member of “Clarity” a movement to simplify legal English.
