About
Helen has substantial experience in advising trustees and employers on an extensive range of issues, including scheme funding, drafting and updating scheme documents, scheme mergers, section 75 debts, winding-up pension schemes and insolvency related work. As a member of the firm's Employment Unit, a team of lawyers dedicated to employment law issues as they relate to pensions, Helen also focuses on points relating to discrimination and implementing scheme benefit changes.
