About

Helen works with trustees and employers on all aspects of day-to-day pensions law.  Recent work includes advising in relation to funding issues, future service benefit changes, and apportionment of employer debts.

Helen has considerable experience in drafting rules, booklets and member communications and handling specific one-off projects involving company re-organisations, consultation with employees and mergers.
