About
Ian has a wide range of experience in pension related matters. He provides general advice to employers and trustees regarding their schemes (both defined benefit and defined contribution). He regularly attends trustee meetings and conducts trustee training sessions. Recent projects include overseeing trust deed and rules rewrites, future service benefit changes, scheme mergers, apportionments and advising on the legal aspects of funding issues.
Ian is a member of the firm’s Investment Unit where he advises on the investment issues facing pension schemes.
