About
Many years of pensions law experience has seen Jonathan develop significant expertise advising on investment matters. His specialist experience includes advising trustees on common investment funds, transition arrangements, investment management, custody issues, LDI and alternative investments.
Jonathan heads the firm’s Investment Unit and was until recently an active member of the Association of Pension Lawyers Providers & Investment Committee. He participated in the FSA consultation on the FSA Authorisation manual, and has lectured and published articles on swaps, derivatives, and other investment arrangements.
Jonathan joined Sacker & Partners in 1976, specialising initially in corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes advising on investment and custody arrangements for a sovereign state.
