About
Mark has significant experience of all aspects of pensions law developed through over 30 years of practice. He advises Trustee Boards of large schemes and represented beneficiaries in the Coloroll case at the European Court.
Mark was the Chairman of the Association of Pension Lawyers from 1997 to 1999 and is a former Chairman of its Legislative and Parliamentary Sub Committee. He has recently stood down from the Council of the Society of Pension Consultants and is a past Chairman of its Legislation Committee. He is a regular speaker on pensions law.
