About
Peter has extensive experience of the full range of pensions law advice. He advises the trustee boards of several large pension schemes. Recent matters have included funding issues, scheme mergers, Regulator clearance and benefit changes. Peter also advises on international pensions issues and is head of Sackers' International Pensions Team. He is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers’ International Committee, a former Chairman of the APL’s Education Committee and writes and lectures regularly on pensions topics.
Peter is also a trustee himself of several pension schemes and chairs many of these.
