About
Stuart has experience of a broad range of pension related matters, advising employers and trustees alike.
Stuart's advice includes making changes to pension benefits, scheme mergers and demergers and updating scheme documentation. He also has particular expertise advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, Pensions Regulator clearance issues and section 75 debts.
Most recently Stuart has assisted clients with the settlement of pensioner liabilities, providing advice in relation to both insured and non-insured solutions, as well as advising trustees on contingent assets and investment issues.
