About

Stuart has experience of a broad range of pension related matters, advising employers and trustees alike.

Stuart's advice includes making changes to pension benefits, scheme mergers and demergers and updating scheme documentation. He also has particular expertise advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, Pensions Regulator clearance issues and section 75 debts.

Most recently Stuart has assisted clients with the settlement of pensioner liabilities, providing advice in relation to both insured and non-insured solutions, as well as advising trustees on contingent assets and investment issues.

In my spare time I am a keen target rifle shooter, regularly shooting for my native county of Cheshire. I was honoured to be selected to tour with the England Rifle Team to South Africa in 2009.
