About
Anna advises employers and trustees in relation to defined contribution and defined benefit occupational pension schemes. She has advised on matters involving mergers, benefit re-design, scheme closures and the drafting and interpretation of scheme rules. Anna has also been involved in a wide range of matters relating to section 75 debts.
She has experience of advising on corporate transactions and restructurings including negotiating with the Pensions Regulator and the Pension Protection Fund and obtaining clearance statements.
Anna recently spent six months on secondment with the Pensions Regulator.
