About
David joined Sackers in 2005 and has six years’ experience of providing guidance and advice to trustees and employers in relation to their occupational pension schemes.
He has particular expertise in employer and trustee duties, funding issues and changes to scheme benefits.
David participated in the government consultation on the introduction of autoenrolment from 2012 and is a member of the Sackers team dedicated to helping clients with the challenges that autoenrolment presents.
David is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a keen member of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, where he helps to coordinate our support for charities and projects in the local community.
