About
Fuat has experience of a wide range of pensions law issues, advising both employers and trustees.
As well as keeping clients abreast of legal and regulatory changes, he has particular experience advising on specific projects such as changes to pension scheme benefits, scheme mergers, liability reduction programmes and employer debt issues. Recent work has also included advice to public and private sector clients in relation to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
Fuat frequently advises on the pensions aspects of corporate restructurings including the Pensions Regulator's anti-avoidance powers and the clearance procedure.

Extracurricular interests and activities:
Football, music and travel. As an Everton fan, most Saturday afternoons are spent feeling mildly depressed. Maybe its lucky then that I can’t watch too much football these days – if I do, my daughter will gleefully switch off the TV (to my wife’s delight) telling me “no, daddy!”
