About
Katharine has gained experience in a range of regulatory, transactional and litigious pensions issues. She advises both employers and trustees on the day to day running of their pension schemes, including on trustee duties, closure to future accrual, consolidating and amending scheme rules, compliance with legislative requirements and dealing with member queries and communications.
Katharine is a member of the firm’s Public Sector Solutions Unit.
She is also a TPAS (The Pensions Advisory Service) adviser, providing advice and guidance to members of the public.
