Lucy has gained experience in advising trustees and employers in a variety of day to day matters, including the drafting and interpretation of scheme rules, compliance with legislation, member queries and drafting communications.
Lucy has also been involved in a number of projects altering scheme benefit structures.
Lucy also advises members of public on behalf of The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS).
