About
Lucy has advised trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues, with particular experience in benefit change exercises. She has advised on exercises involving closure to future accrual, implementing pensionable pay caps and introducing new benefit structures, including advising employers on contractual changes and consultation exercises.
Lucy has been involved in a number of scheme mergers and corporate restructuring and enjoys working with trustees to resolve member disputes and discretionary benefit cases.
Lucy is a member of our tax and governance teams and advises members of the public on behalf of TPAS.
