About
Nicola has advised a range of clients (including both trustees and employers) on a wide variety of pensions issues including discrimination on the grounds of sex, age and fixed-term status, changes to benefits, member nominated trustee requirements, scheme mergers, corporate transactions, the powers of the Pensions Regulator and trustee duties. She has experience reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements and other third party contracts and drafting member communications, the governing documentation of pension schemes and amending deeds.
