About
Ralph works on a number of client teams providing comprehensive advice on general pensions issues. In addition to his general practice Ralph is also an involved member of the Investment and Public Sector Units. Ralph’s investment experience includes:
- Investment management, stock lending and custody agreements
- Review and negotiation of pooled fund documentation on a wide variety of vehicles: unit trusts, limited partnership agreements, OEICs, insurance policies.
Public sector work includes:
- LGPS Investment Regulations
- Admission agreements (LGPS Administration and Benefit Regulations);
- Procurement processes.
Ralph also undertakes transactional work and has advised on scheme merges and the pensions aspects of corporate acquisitions.
Ralph qualified as a barrister but is in the process of re-qualifying as a solicitor.
