Sarah advises trustees on a wide range of day-to-day issues including interpretation of scheme documentation, drafting of scheme rules and advising on scheme administration issues.
Sarah has experience in reviewing and negotiating administration agreements, appointment terms and other third party contracts, drafting member communications and dealing with member enquiries as they arise.

Sarah also advises members of the public on behalf of the Pensions Advisory Service.
