About
Tom advises both trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues including scheme funding, employer covenant and benefit change exercises.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Unit and experience in this area includes reviewing investment vehicles, buy-ins, buy-outs and longevity swaps. Tom also advises on corporate transactions and has a particular interest in the management of section 75 liabilities.

Extracurricular interests and activities:
I was a choral scholar at university and continue to be involved in a wide range of music. I am a qualified rugby referee and I enjoy watching and playing almost any sport, skiing holidays and indulging my wife, baby daughter and cat.
