• October 2002 - Schemes in Transition Unit (SITU) formed

  Sacker & Partners, leading specialist pensions law firm, is pleased to announce the formation of its Schemes In Transition Unit (SITU). The Unit has been established specifically to assist clients in the process of changing their scheme benefits and will co-ordinate and further develop the Firm’s already significant expertise in this area.

• October 2002 - Top 10 Law Firm for 2001

  In the Pensions Management Lawyers Survey 2001, Sacker & Partners were ranked in 2nd place in the top 10 law firms for 2001. Mark Greenlees was ranked in 3rd place in the top 10 lawyers for 2001. The survey is published in Pensions Management October 2001.

• May 2002 - Director of Professional Development brings greater information capabilities to specialist pensions law firm

  Sacker & Partners, the only UK firm of solicitors specialising in pensions law, has appointed Claire Carey as Director of Professional Development.

• February 2002 - New Senior Partner for specialist law firm

  Sacker & Partners, the only UK firm of solicitors specialising in pensions law, is to have a new Senior Partner. Jonathan Seres is to step aside from the role but will remain a full working partner.
