Sackers announces new Associate promotions

Sacker & Partners LLP, the UK’s leading pensions law firm, has promoted three solicitors to the role of Associate: Georgina Beechinor, David James and Georgina Jones.

David has been with Sackers since 2005 and provides guidance for a variety of clients on a broad range of pensions issues.  He is also a member of the team of lawyers dedicated to the challenges posed by the Government’s NEST proposals and particularly auto-enrolment.

Both Georgina Beechinor and Georgina Jones are members of Sackers’ Know-how team whose remit is to keep both clients and the firm up-to-date with legal developments. Georgina Beechinor oversees the co-ordination of the firm’s responses to legislative and regulatory consultations and also produces a number of client briefings; Georgina Jones provides general support to lawyers, and is responsible for the material produced as part of Sackers’ partnership with the Pensions Management Institute.

David James and Georgina Jones are also members of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Ian Pittaway, Senior Partner at Sackers, says:

“The promotion of Georgina, David and Georgina reflects the excellent contribution they each make to the firm.  We all look forward to working with them to continue Sackers’ ongoing success.”
