Sackers announces Partner / Associate Director promotions

Sacker & Partners LLP, the UK’s leading pensions law firm, has promoted Emily Forrest and Zoë Lynch to Partner, and Arshad Khan to Associate Director.

Emily Forrest has been at Sackers since 2002.  Her knowledge covers a broad range of areas, with a particular focus on assisting clients with employment related issues within the pensions arena.

Zoë Lynch joined Sackers in 1998 and has over twelve years’ pensions experience.  She is a member of the firm’s Know-how department and has responsibility for keeping all lawyers up-to-date on evolving legislation, as well as overseeing the training of junior lawyers at the firm. 

Arshad Khan is a member of Sackers’ Dispute Resolution Unit.  His work has included trustee applications for directions, rectification actions and claims for professional negligence.  He has also defended numerous cases before the Pensions Ombudsman and on appeal to the High Court.  Arshad has practiced in pensions since 2002.
