New solicitor joins Sackers
Sacker & Partners LLP, the UK’s leading specialist pensions law firm, has appointed Tom Jackman as a solicitor, taking the total number of pensions lawyers to 52.
Tom joins the firm from Slaughter and May, where he was an Associate in the Pensions & Employment Group, advising trustees and corporate clients on the ongoing management of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes and giving pensions and employment advice for domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
In his role at Sackers, Tom will advise on general pensions arrangements and practice issues. He is also a member of Sackers’ Investment Unit, advising on the legal and governance aspects of pension scheme investments.
