Our new Associate Director and Associate
Sacker & Partners LLP, the UK’s leading pensions law firm, has promoted Caroline Legg to Associate Director and Ian D'Costa to Associate.
Caroline joined Sackers in 2004. She has particular expertise in matters involving the Pension Protection Fund and over the last two years project managed a scheme through a PPF assessment period. Caroline plays an active role on the firm’s PPF Unit. Caroline also has considerable experience in scheme mergers, and has been involved in the planning and implementation of innovative solutions to enable them to proceed. Caroline takes a particular interest in business development, having worked on a number of strategic projects for Sackers.
Ian has worked at Sackers since 2007. He is a member of Sackers’ Investment Unit and has a wide range of experience of how both private and public sector pension schemes are managing their investments. In the last two years he has acted on a number of bespoke investment products for clients including collaterised buy-ins for the CDC Pension Scheme and GSK with Prudential.
