Sacker & Partners LLP (“Sackers”), the UK’s leading pensions law firm, has promoted Eleanor Daplyn and Stuart O'Brien to Partner.
Eleanor joined Sackers in 2003, and advises a wide range of trustee and employer clients on all aspects of pensions law. She has particular experience of the post-2006 tax regime, scheme mergers and advising trustees in relation to scheme restructuring.
Stuart joined Sackers in 2003 and has eight years’ pensions experience. His area of expertise lies in advising on pensions and corporate transactions, Pensions Regulator clearance issues and pension investment.
