Sackers announces three new associates

Sackers the UK’s leading pensions law firm, has promoted Naomi Brown, Nigel Cayless and Ralph McClelland to the position of associate.

All three new associates began working at Sackers in 2006 and advise their trustee and employer clients on a wide range of pensions issues, from individual member complaints to complex liability management exercises and transactional and employer debt issues.

Naomi, Nigel and Ralph also all take active roles in specialist units within the firm. Naomi is a member of Sackers' "Team 2012" which is currently preparing clients for the introduction of auto-enrolment, Nigel has a particular focus on advising in relation to defined contribution arrangements and, as a key member of the investment and public sector units, Ralph supports a variety of clients in relation to pensions and investment legal issues.
