Fiona Franklin

Fiona's experience spans final salary, money purchase and career average schemes. Much of her recent work has involved advising clients facing significant change in their pension fund arrangements including introducing CARE arrangements, altering future service accrual, analysing the employer's contribution covenant and advising on the legal aspects of funding issues.

An increasing area of Fiona's work is scheme governance and risk management, helping trustees and employers to run their schemes both efficiently and effectively.

Fiona lectures on pension issues and conducts participative trustee training sessions to help trustees meet the many and varied challenges of their role.
