Janet is experienced in all aspects of pensions issues advising both trustees and employers in relation to day to day issues and one off projects such as mergers, corporate transactions and scheme document action.
Janet is a member of the firm's Schemes in Transition Unit assisting clients to effectively address changes to pension provision. She is a regular speaker on the legal issues involved in changing pension benefits, the options available to employers and the trustees' role in such changes.
