Katherine Dandy

Katherine heads the firm's specialist Dispute Resolution Unit where she advises on all aspects of pension litigation.

She is experienced in professional negligence claims (particularly investment related work), rectification actions, proceedings involving members and employers and claims involving maladministration and overpayments. Katherine frequently advises on Pensions Regulator related matters and has been involved in the so called "trust busting" cases.

Katherine also advises on Pensions Ombudsman complaints and has developed particular expertise in ill-health claims. She has acted on over 2,000 part timer cases following the House of Lords decision to allow back dated membership.
