Partners Paul has gained significant experience of a range of pensions issues. As a member of the firm's Investment Unit, he advises pension schemes on the legal aspects of their investment arrangements including investment re-organisations and management agreements for both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. He has particular expertise in relation to contract negotiation with investment managers, on behalf of both trustees and companies. Paul regularly provides advice to clients on current issues arising from the Myners Review and the Unilever case and is an active member of the Sacker & Partners Pensions Reform Team exploring practical solutions to these issues. He is also a member of our Executives Team assisting employer and trustee clients on their obligations in relation to high earners.
