Pauline Sibbit

Pauline has gained many years experience of a range of pension law issues. She advises trustees and employers on merging schemes and the complex funding and power issues which can arise. She is involved in managing and working on the rationalisation of several clients' pension arrangements and documenting changes post-merger.

Pauline has served on the main Committee and remains on the Legislative and Parliamentary sub-Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

Pauline is a member of the Sacker & Partners Employment Unit assisting clients on employment related issues within the pensions arena. She is also a member of the Pensions Reform Team.
