Caroline is a member of our Dispute Resolution Unit where she practises as a specialist pensions litigator. She has experience of High Court proceedings and complaints before the Pensions Ombudsman, dealing with professional negligence, contractual disputes, rectification and construction proceedings. She has a keen interest in the Pension Protection Fund and the proposed new Pensions Regulator.
