Caroline Legg

Caroline provides advice to employers and trustees on a wide variety of issues in relation to defined benefit and defined contribution occupational pension schemes, from scheme formation to amending benefits and closure to future accrual. Caroline's recent experience has focussed on advice in relation to recent legislative changes, in particular new MNT arrangements, updating trust deed and rules to reflect tax changes, cross-border issues and age discrimination.

Caroline has particular expertise in relation to public sector pensions issues, and is a member of Sacker & Partners' Public Sector Solutions Unit. She regularly advises in relation to public sector outsourcing issues including admission to the LGPS and certificates of broad comparability.
