David has experience in a broad range of pensions issues. He has developed specific experience of employer and trustee duties, pension scheme mergers, corporate transactions (including private equity takeovers), setting up new pension schemes and the implications of the recent changes to pensions law.
David also advises clients on general day-to-day issues of running their pension scheme.
