Eleanor Daplyn

Eleanor has experience of a broad range of pensions law matters. She advises both employers and trustees on revising scheme documentation to reflect changes to scheme arrangements, advice in relation to the introduction of new legislation and scheme administration issues.

She has developed particular experience in the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, schemes in transition, advising on and reviewing member communications and scheme mergers.

Eleanor has a keen interest in the post 6 April 2006 tax regime and is involved in projects to update scheme documentation to reflect the new system.
