Solicitors
Emily has developed pensions experience over a broad range of areas. She has been involved in a number of large scheme restructurings and mergers, advised in relation to changes in scheme benefit structures, advised on the terms of appointment of scheme advisers and administration services providers. She also advises clients on day-to-day issues including member communications, pension sharing on divorce, sex or disability discrimination and pension provision during periods of family leave.
Emily is a member of the firm’s Employment Unit assisting clients on employment related issues within the pensions arena.
