Euan MacLennan
Euan is a specialist pensions litigator practising in the Dispute Resolution Unit at Sacker & Partners. He is developing experience of defending trustees and employers before the Pensions Ombudsman in relation to various matters including alleged misrepresentation, incorrect calculation of benefits and contested contractual entitlement to benefits. He also represents trustees and employers in both High Court and County Court actions in such matters as breaches of trust.
Euan has been involved in defending some 180 part-timer compensation claims and has also worked on numerous schemes where equalisation issues have arisen as a result of failure to close the 'Barber window'.
