Georgina is a member of Sacker & Partners know Know how team. Until Spring 2006 she practised as a client-facing lawyer and has broad experience of a wide range of pensions law issues. She has been involved in both contentious and non-contentious work and advised in relation to corporate transactions, mergers, Pension Ombudsman claims and pensions sharing on divorce.
Georgina is also a member of Sacker & Partners Employment Unit assisting clients on employment related issues within the pensions context and the Public Sector Teams.
