Solicitors
Helen works on a wide range of pensions law issues, acting for trustees and employers of large and small schemes. As well as advising on day-to-day matters (for both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes) she also enjoys being involved with specific projects such as scheme mergers and company sales and acquisitions.
Helen is a member of the firm’s Schemes In Transition Unit (SITU) assisting clients on reorganising their existing scheme benefit structure and working with trustees and employers to prepare revised scheme documentation to reflect such changes. She is also a member of the firm's Public Sector Team.
