Solicitors
Ian has a wide range of experience in pension related matters. He specialises in the pension aspects associated with mergers, acquisitions and TUPE. He also provides general advice to employers and trustees regarding their schemes.
Ian is a member of Sacker & Partners Investment Unit, where he advises on documentation and investment issues, and the Services to Law Firms Unit which provides pension services to other law firms.
Ian is also a member of the firm's Pensions Reform Team.
