Janet is experienced in all aspects of pensions issues and advises a wide range of scheme trustees on day-to-day matters. She has a particular interest in pension sharing on divorce and regularly presents on this topic.
Janet is a member of the firm's Schemes in Transition Unit assisting clients to effectively address changes to pension provision. She addresses seminars on the legal issues involved in changing pension benefits, the options available to employers and the trustees' role in such changes.
