Sarah is experienced in a broad range of pensions issues advising employers and trustees. Her experience includes establishing, amending and winding up pension schemes, scheme mergers, drafting deeds of amendment following A-Day changes, reviewing and negotiating investment management and custodian agreements and advising on and resolving pension disputes ranging from complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman to High Court proceedings.
Sarah has also advised and negotiated pension terms on a wide range of transactions for multi-national companies, banks and private equity houses.
