Zoë Lynch

Zoë is a member of Sacker & Partners Know how team. Until recently she practised as a client-facing lawyer and has significant experience across a wide range of pensions issues by providing day-to-day advice to trustees as well as drafting documentation and undertaking transactional work. Zoë has also advised on specific issues such as calling in a £1m debt for trustees and changing scheme benefits.

Zoë is a member of the firm’s Employment Unit which advises clients on employment related issues in the context of pensions, the Pensions Reform Team which considers the impact to clients of pensions simplification and the Public Sector Team.

Current areas of focus

  • the issues facing schemes in deficit and the changes to the debt on the employer legislation
  • the moral hazard provisions of the Pensions Act 2004
  • age discrimination
