Aaron Dunning-Foreman

Aaron is part of the firm’s Pensions and Investment Litigation team.

Aaron’s practice is focused on pensions disputes and he works closely with the rest of the team to assist clients in resolving contentious matters.  This includes advising clients on member complaints under IDRP and before the Pensions Ombudsman.  Aaron also has experience of High Court litigation and has worked on professional negligence matters for clients as well as working on applications to the High Court for directions as to the appropriate construction of pension scheme rules.
