Caroline is part of the firm’s Pensions and Investment Litigation team.
Caroline’s practice is focused on pensions disputes and she works closely with the rest of the team to assist clients in resolving contentious matters. This includes advising clients on member complaints under IDRP and before the Pensions Ombudsman, as well as advising on professional negligence matters. Caroline has experience of commercial litigation in the High Court, County Court and Court of Session.
