Harriet assists with advising trustee boards and sponsoring employers on a broad range of pensions issues in relation to both DB and DC arrangements.
Her experience includes advising trustee boards on their fiduciary duties, potential conflicts of interest, auto-enrolment compliance and The Pension Regulator’s clearance process. She has also assisted with advising sponsoring employers on the legal implications of inadvertently triggering a statutory debt and the solutions available.
Harriet has also recently provided advice in relation to overseas pension transfers, winding-up and GDPR compliance.
