His experience includes general advisory work, advising on pensions aspects of corporate transactions, interpreting legislation, drafting scheme documentation/member communications and providing advice in relation to compliance with data protection regulations. He also has experience advising on regulatory investigations and the intersection between employment law, pensions and the design of benefits packages within institutional clients.
