Kirsty Pake



Kirsty advises both trustees and employers on a full range of pensions matters. Her recent experience includes advising on scheme mergers and closures, acting for an employer in relation to scheme funding negotiations and assisting with multi-jurisdictional parent company guarantees and escrow arrangements, providing trustee training on recent changes in pensions law, and advising trustees on investment management agreements and custody agreements.
