Nick Couldrey



Nick has many years’ of experience advising both trustees and companies in all areas of pensions law. He has particular expertise in the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. This involves advising on the management of risks associated with pensions on the acquisition and disposals of businesses and companies, such as potential discrimination claims, funding issues and the new moral hazard provisions.

He has wide experience of dealing with The Pensions Regulator and led the team that obtained the first Financial Support Direction.

Nick provides pension services to other law firms and is also a member of the firm’s Risk Management Team.
